Yesterday kicked off our spring break work week on the Windermere campus. We’re tackling projects like building new benches for the cafeteria/music room, painting in the girls dorm, fixing up the entrance area, and some concrete work.

Junkanoo was such as exciting event. We had such a great experience at Eleuthera’s Junkanoo in Governor’s Harbour. From what we understand, Junkanoo is a parade/music/dance/event that celebrates the Bahamian people and their culture. Isaac is ready to participate, but he’ll have to wait until he’s in primary school next year.
